In accordance the requirements that our system Asterisk provided us we have the following options on our system configuration:

• Calling configuration reports base on our call out using the Asterisk system.

• Statistical reports of the time of the call and the numbers of lines used by clients in accordance to the client’s requirements.

• Telephonic IP communication training in order to conduct a telemarketing campaign to selected places.

• Validations of calls using passwords that will apply to national and international calls and cell phones.

• Configuration of Web users and axillaries.

• Personal services and certification on free software solutions.
